01 / The Challenge

before us.
Reichelt Capital had two distinct problems running on the same site. The public side had to communicate credibility to qualified investors at a glance — research-driven, intellectually serious, modern. The private side had to give existing investors a way to receive confidential offering documents, exchange messages with the firm, and store sensitive financial materials in a system the firm fully controlled. Off-the-shelf portals (Dropbox, DocuSign, generic CRMs) introduced third-party intermediaries into communications that absolutely cannot have intermediaries. The firm needed the entire investor-facing surface — public marketing site and private portal — running as one integrated system the firm controls end-to-end.
